Christmas Traditions That Hold Strong

I have not been about for a couple of days, I have missed some of the write ups but luckily the sun blended with the rain are getting through - Great - Love it - I hope Christmas brings the Cheer as it always does and I so love; the Christmas traditions that hold strong and dear in memories for those exciting times this special season always carried with it.

Old Christmas Traditions had families put up basic evergreen branches to decorate their homes trees in a prominent location of their homes in Europe to celebrate winter incorporating candles for lighting during this barely naturally lit season of the year. As these people moved or immigrated to other countries, they brought this tradition with them hence Christmas as we know it today.

Nearly everyone has a Christmas tree, but… do you really know anything about them? Where did the tradition come from? Who invented the Christmas tree, the card, the lights, the decorations? There are things that we have grown to associate with Christmas Traditions and the fact that we experience, see, use them during Christmas celebrations have come to be Christmas Traditions.

As all stories and legends go re- telling and time changes Christmas Traditions and with time they hold strength in their symbolism as to the true nature of the myth is most likely anecdotal.
